I’m Cody Amstutz, licensed massage therapist and owner of Knot Your Average Massage in Bellbrook, Ohio. I specialize in postpartum recovery massage for new mothers. Massage can help to boost you out of your “baby blues”, ease exhaustion, and provide pain relief for things like "nursing neck"or low back and hip pain caused during pregnancy. I provide support throughout your journey, by helping you to heal faster, sleep better, and transition into parenthood a little bit easier.
I graduated from Miami Jacobs Career College in 2008, with my license in massage therapy and associates in Applied Science. I started college in hopes of one day becoming a physical therapist but quickly fell in love with my massage program. My dream of being a PT changed, and I pursued Massage.
Fast forward to 2016, I decided to take a leap of faith and left my job to open my own business. It’s been one of the best decisions ever and I couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love what I do!
